In this first Atlanta “Let’s Talk Business Live” event, Schlimer interviewed Andrew Sherman, author of 18 books and called “one of the top ten minds in the nation” by Fortune magazine. Sherman’s latest book, of which his previous 17 were all business books, ROAD RULES: Be the Truck. Not the Squirrel., gives “12 Essential Rules for Navigating the Road of Life.”
While weighing life’s highway options, truck or squirrel, this one of kind event at Nirvana was attended by over 60 people wanting to be more successful and maintain calm and increased revenues in today’s challenging business climate. They also wanted some excellent networking opportunities, which they received. A portion of the night’s proceeds which was over $1000, went to the Magic Wand Foundation , a nonprofit organization that delivers inspirational youth programs and empowering teacher training seminars.
